How do I become a Betrebels customer?

It's easy to become a customer with BetRebels. All you need to do is click on the following link to register. You will receive your account number by e-mail to the address used during the registration. Registering at BetRebels lets you use all the products available on the site. Use the account to manage your bets and personal details. You need to deposit real money into your account before you can place bets with real money. The minimum deposit necessary to open an account is €10. If you need more information please click on Cashier.

The ID that I like has already been assigned. What should I do?

If you have entered a user ID in our database that already exists, try again with a different user ID of your choice (for example, try again with the desired user ID plus a digit at the end).

What do I do if I forget my user ID or password?

Simply click at lost your password and follow the instructions. You will receive the username or password via e-mail shortly. Alternatively call our customer support team or send an email to cs@betrebels.com specifying your first and surname, your residential address, your date of birth, and the e-mail address listed in your BetRebels account.

Can I change my password?

You can login and change your password at any time under "User account / password". That is advisable if you suspect that somebody has found out your Betrebels login info. Please always make sure you keep your login info secret. Betrebels is not liable for any misuse of your accounts! We advise you to choose a password that is hard to guess (e.g. an arbitrary combination of letters and digits) and to change your password periodically.

What if I discover that I have input some incorrect personal information?

If you need to correct information that you have entered, you can do this by going to 'User Account' and choosing 'Personal Details'. Some details like the username cannot be altered for security reasons. If you discover a discrepancy, you should contact Customer Services immediately to have the error rectified.

Can I have two or more Betrebels accounts?

Each player is limited to one betting account. Betrebels strictly enforces this rule.

How do I close my account?

Please send an email to cs@betrebels.com and request a closure of your account. Please include your account details.

Can I close my Casino account but continue betting in the Sportsbook?

Yes you can, all you need to do is send a request by cs@betrebels.com. Please include your account details.

How can I exclude myself from Betrebels?

Betrebels provide the facility to allow a customer to self-exclude themselves from their account(s) for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years. Once this change has been made to an account for a set period, it will not be possible for the account to be re-opened for any reason until after the set period has expired. During the period of opt-out, Betrebels will do all it can to prevent new accounts being opened. An account that is simply 'closed' can be re-opened by the customer at any time. If you wish to use this facility or would like further information on this, please contact us and one of our highly trained customer services team will be pleased to assist you.

How do I make a deposit?

It is easy to make a deposit, all you need to do is login and click on 'Deposits' and follow the online prompts. It contains all the necessary information on the types of payment and the basic terms and conditions (minimum deposit, fees, etc.) For more information on particular deposit methods click here

How will the deposits/withdrawals made to/from Betrebels appear in my bank/credit card statement?

Are my transactions/personal details secure?

Why do I need to send a copy of my ID?

For your own safety, and to comply with the obligations of our license, we require an official photo ID for your first payout, which you may upload or send us by fax. The purpose of checking your ID is to ensure that you are of full legal age and to make sure you really are the person applying for the payout and not an unauthorized third party. Make sure that the copy/scan of your ID is not too dark to read and please limit the size of your documents to 5 MB. Please also note down your user ID on the copy of your ID. There may be some restrictions on your account until your ID is verified.

Can I use a Visa Electron card to make a transaction?

In general yes, but, if you are a Visa Electron holder, we suggest that you check your status with your bank before making an on-line transaction.

Do I need to enter my card details every time I make a transaction?

No, if you have already made a deposit, then any subsequent transactions will be made using the card details that you last registered on your account. You may be asked to enter the CV2 number (last 3 digits on the signature strip) each time you deposit online.

What happens when my credit card expires?

If your credit card has expired, you will see a 'Renew' option when you go to make a deposit. You can insert your new expiry date by clicking on this option.

How do I cancel my credit/debit card?

To cancel your credit/debit card all you need to do is forward a written request. However, in the case of deposits made with credit cards other than MasterCard, withdrawals from your BetRebels account will only be possible by crediting on the same card. Cancellation of the credit card can only take place once you have withdrawn the total amount of the deposits made with that credit card.

What is an IBAN?

The International Bank Account Number (IBAN) is an international standard for numbering bank accounts. The IBAN consists of a two letter country code and up to thirty alphanumeric characters. If you reside in the EU, you can find the IBAN number on your bank statement.

What is a swift code or BIC?

A swift code is a code that is unique to your branch of the bank (also known as a Bank Identifier Code or BIC). This code can usually be located on your cheque book and consists of either 8 or 11 characters. If you are in any doubt, please contact your branch to confirm the correct code.

How can I modify or cancel a withdrawal request?

You may cancel your withdrawal request only if your account balance has not changed, meaning that your request has not yet been processed. To do this follow the withdrawal procedure and choose the withdrawal type you wish to cancel. At this point you will be given the option of either cancelling or continuing with this new request.

How can I withdraw if I made a deposit with a MasterCard?

If you deposited by MasterCard, you can withdraw only through direct bank transfer to the cardholders bank account.

How do I place a bet?

To bet on a single selection, choose the betting market of your choice from the 'Sports' menu down the left side of the 'Sports' page. Click on the price/s you wish to take, this automatically adds your selection/s to the Bet Slip. Once on the betslip you can enter the stake you wish to risk or the amount you wish to win in the relevant boxes. If your selection/s is correct, click on 'Continue' and then press 'OK ' to confirm your bet.

What is the minimum stake or bet I can place?

The minimum stake that you can bet is 0.05 EURO or the equivalent in any other currency.

What is the maximum winnings you pay out?

The maximum winnings per week per private client or per Betrebels partner is limited to €10.000 irrespective of the number of bets placed. Betrebels reserves the right to retain the winning amounts exceeding €10.000 on the account of a private client or of sub-clients of a Betrebels partner. The week is considered to start at 00:00:00 CET on Monday and runs to 23:59:59 CET on Sunday.

Where can I view my bets?

Click on 'Account' and then 'Bet List' near the top of the Sports page. You will then be able to view settled and unsettled sportsbook bets, transfers, account management and your deposits and withdrawals using the drop down menu. Click on the bet details you wish to view in greater detail.

If I place a bet by accident can it be voided?

Unfortunately, as soon as you press the confirm button we will view that action as confirmation of your intent, and as such you will not be entitled to a refund.

How can I see whether my bet was accepted?

Once you have confirmed your bet by clicking 'OK' on the bet slip, you will receive a confirmation of acceptance if the bet has been placed successfully. Each bet that you place will appear in your betting account under 'Bet List'. In exceptional cases, the bets you place may fail to appear immediately under 'Bet List'. Please note that a bet, once placed, can no longer be cancelled.

Why was my bet cancelled?

Bets may be cancelled by Betrebels for a variety of reasons. Please refer to our Regulations. Cancelled bets will be displayed in grey in your betting account under the 'Bet List'.

The event has already finished. When will my winnings be credited?

The winnings will be credited within 1 (one) hour after the events have finished. All winnings related to events played after 21.00 CET will be credited the following morning. Please note, most bets placed on Antepost can take longer to be credited.

How does live betting work?
